Shipped via DHL parcel service with tracking number. General information: This product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for heating in the oven: Remove the pad from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pad on a clean, cold rack covered with baking paper. Put the rack on the middle shelf of the oven. Heat the pad for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Instructions for heating in the microwave: Remove the pad from its packaging. Place the grain pad in a clean microwave. Position it so the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, it may be necessary to fold the pad once in the middle. Caution: Always place one cup of water in the microwave with the pad. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pad; risk of burns. Do not leave the pad unattended while heating. This product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Do not continue using the product if the cover is damaged, discolored or burned. Keep these instructions for use. Allow the pad to cool completely between uses and store it in a dry place when not in use. Heat pads with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but must be allowed to dry for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety and warning instructions: 1. Do not heat unattended. Overheating may cause a fire hazard or burns. The pad must never be heated in a microwave or oven without supervision. 2. Do not overheat. Follow the heating times and temperatures specified by the manufacturer. Overheating may damage the pad or cause a fire. 3. Check the temperature before use. Always check the temperature after heating, for example by touching the pad with your hand. A pad that is too hot can cause skin burns, especially in children or older people. 4. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. There is a risk of choking and burns from incorrect use. 5. Use only under adult supervision. 6. Not suitable for consumption. Do not open or eat the contents, such as cherry pits, spelt or rapeseed. 7. Grain pads and heat pads may be washed at 30C, but must then be dried for a long time, preferably on a radiator, to prevent mold. 8. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. 9. Do not use while sleeping. There is a risk of choking and overheating. 10. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if there is a smell of burning.
