This fine, very lean pork tenderloin is prepared with black truffles and air-dried. For a Mediterranean-style serving, slice it paper-thin and enjoy it on toasted baguette or ciabatta, or on baguette or ciabatta baked in olive oil. Vulcano Schinkenmanufaktur, located in Styria's volcanic region, produces flavorful pork specialties. Extended maturation, balanced seasoning, and smoking bring out the meat's delicate flavor, with more than 100 aromas developing in the process. The Vulcano pigs can forage, wallow, and roam in conditions appropriate to their species and are fed various grains until they reach a slaughter weight of 180 kg. Our price is based on an assumed weight of 0.25 kg. Ingredients: pork, 1% truffle (summer, winter, or indicum truffle), 1% truffle oil, sea salt, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite, smoke. Store at +2C to +8C. Nutritional values per 100 g/100 ml: energy 234 kcal/982 kJ; fat 8.03 g, of which saturated fatty acids 5.1 g; carbohydrates 0.36 g, of which sugars 0.36 g; protein 39.92 g; salt 5.1 g.
