• Whole grapes of both varieties are separately and gently pressed.
• Only the first pressing fractions are used, as with Champagne and Crmant.
• Alcoholic fermentation: 10% in barriques, the remainder in stainless steel tanks.
• After 50 months, the yeast is removed from the bottles.
• Alcohol: 12.5% by volume. Contains sulfites.

Product descriptions Characteristics: The fine perlage reveals a subtle brioche aroma. The nose is very delicate and finely structured. Extended contact with the yeast gives this traditional-method sparkling wine a rounded and harmonious flavor, marked by refined elegance. The first harvest days are dedicated to the base wines for the sparkling wine. The grapes are fermented separately, with 10% of the alcoholic fermentation taking place in barriques and the remainder in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the base wines are blended and filtered. The addition of yeast and sugar causes the wine to undergo a second fermentation in the bottle.
