The small grains provide gentle, even heat distribution and an especially soft, comfortable feel against the skinfor relaxation and natural pain relief. A grain pillow is ideal for targeted relief of tension in the back, shoulders, and neck, as well as abdominal cramps. Choose between 5- or 4-chamber versions for larger areas of warmth or the smaller 3-chamber version for smaller application areas.
