Neck crescent pillow with chambers and a stand-up collar, filled with approximately 1,000 g of wheat grains. Suitable for the upper back, shoulders, neck, and sides of the neck. The low weight creates minimal pressure and allows versatile use. Both the pillow and collar are filled, and the pillow remains comfortably positioned around the neck and shoulders while walking, sitting, or bending. The grains can be warmed in the microwave or oven. A warming application takes approximately 15 minutes. For use as a warm neck pillow in the microwave: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for about 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. For use as a warm neck pillow in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and ensure the pillow lies freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The grill function must be switched off. For use as a heat pack on a radiator: If less heat is needed, warm the pillow on a radiator. For use as a cold pack: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Different fillings may be available, including spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. Johns wort seeds, and wheat grains. The product is made in Germany. The detailed instructions are included. General information: Wellness heat/cold pack for home use and relaxation. Read the instructions and safety information before use and retain them for future reference. If the product is passed on to another person, include these instructions. No liability is assumed for damage or injury resulting from failure to follow the instructions and safety information. Warning: Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contamination such as food residue or grease may damage the product. Do not use the grill function. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the grains do not dry out. Excessive heating, excessive power, or an activated grill function may overheat the pillow and cause a fire.
