Three-chamber wheat grain pillow, approximately 20 x 50 cm, filled with approximately 1,100 g of wheat grains and covered in 100% cotton. The versatile size is suitable for the neck, back, abdomen, legs, and feet. The pillow can be used warm in the microwave, oven, or on a radiator, or cold after placing it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. For microwave use, heat at approximately 600 watts on the medium setting for 90 seconds. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For oven use, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, switch off the grill function, and place a cup of water in the oven. Heat using conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. For lower heat requirements, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating. The pillow is intended for home use as a wellness heat and cold pillow for relaxation. Read and retain the instructions and safety information before use. Ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease may damage the product. Excessive heating, excessive power, or use of the grill function can cause the pillow to overheat and catch fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Other filling options may include spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. Johns wort seeds, and wheat. Cherry pits are the hardest filling, while St. Johns wort seeds are very fine. The recommended option is rapeseed. Made in Germany.
