For spelt lovers! This baking mix makes a light, moist bread from whole spelt grains. The spelt, grown in the Swabian Jura, is milled into fine whole-grain flour without other grains. Potato flakes and buttermilk baking agent help keep the bread from becoming crumbly. Tip: Bake three loaves at once. Use 1.5 kg of baking mix to make 2.25 kg of bread3 loaves of 750 g each. Slice the bread the next day, freeze the slices, and remove them as needed. The bread is especially good toasted. The soft dough is best baked in a long loaf pan, such as the 3-loaf pan measuring 38 24.5 9.5 cm.
