Gino Gelati ice cream mixes are suitable for soft-serve machines, ice cream machines, and home ice cream makers. Add three times the amount of water, milk, or a mixture of milk and cream to the base mix. Allow the mixture to swell for approximately 10 minutes, then pour it into the ice cream machine. Only water is required for all of our ice cream flavors; adding milk, cream, or yogurt produces an even creamier result. For vegan ice cream, you can use soy milk, rice milk, spelt milk, almond milk, oat milk, hemp milk, hazelnut milk, coconut milk, or blends of these. To make lactose-free, non-vegan ice cream, you can use lactose-free milk or cream of animal origin. Sugar-free dairy ice cream can be made by adding 3.5% cow's milk. Preparation examples: Dissolving 1 kg of ice cream mix in 3 liters of water, milk, or water or milk mixed with cream yields approximately 4 liters of ice cream mix for commercial ice cream machines. Alternatively, dissolving 100 g of ice cream mix in 300 ml of water, milk, or water or milk mixed with cream yields approximately 400 ml of ice cream mix for home ice cream machines. Fill the ice cream container to no more than 40%, as the ice expands considerably during production. If you do not have an ice cream machine, you can also use this powder: whip the ice cream mixture until creamy and place it in the freezer. Stirring the mixture occasionally while it freezes produces an even better result.
