White chocolate, at least 34% cocoa. Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave under close supervision to prevent seizing. Stir until the chocolate is smooth and well blended. Use the melted chocolate in recipes for ganache, mousse, or ice cream according to the specific recipe instructions.
